The venue transformation began with a bold Halloween arrival moment.
A full venue transformed into one family experience.
The festival needed to feel exciting for children, easy for families to navigate, and active from arrival through the evening program. Every area had to contribute to the same playful Halloween world.
Joeys managed the event end to end: creative direction, venue dressing, sponsor coordination, activations, games, photo moments, audience flow, and live entertainment. The result was a layered program where children could explore, create, perform, and play while parents shared in the day.
Designed for participation, not just attendance.
The program moved between games, creative activities, branded booths, costume moments, and live performances. That variety kept families engaged while the consistent visual identity made a large outdoor event feel connected and easy to understand.
